The game comes with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTY, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The administrators may not be held responsible for any disruption of service, loss of data, game play malfunction, or other events or conditions that are undesirable to the user, under any circumstances. The administrators make no guarantees of the quality or consistency of service and is under no obligation to deliver such service.

The administrators reserve the right to ban, suspend, delete, or modify accounts at any time for any or no reason.

All your actions on our website are tracked:

Registration
You will have to register when you want to play this game. The information that you provide us with, will not be shared with any third party. The e-mail adress you provide us with is used to verify that you are a real person.

Logfiles
These are only kept to find bugs in the game or to find cheaters.

Use of this information

Cookies
This website stores cookies on your computer, required both for logging in as for some preferences. A cookie is a small amount of data stored in a text file on the user's computer, containing the information required to play this game. If your browser does not support cookies or if you block our cookies, it may be possible that you can no longer play the game. Your login cookie is removed as soon as you close your browser, but the preferences cookie will persist on the harddrive for 6 months or untill the user deletes it himself. It is possible that some advertisers from our site also use cookies to track your habits. We have no control and cannot see the content of this cookies.

Advertising
We have advertising on this game in order to keep this game free. Advertising could be removed if we could get enough donations. If you do not agree with the fact that there is advertising, you cannot play the game.

Log Files
Like any online game, we keep log files. The information in these files is not shared with anyone, and is only used to improve the content of the game and/or to find cheaters, dupers and so on.

Emails and Notifications

Account Activation
At the moment, we only send emails to a couple of registered users, to see if they have given a real adress. Later on, email adress validation will be required.

Service Announcements
On very rare occasions, we will send out an email to all users to give a stricty service related announce. Users cannot deactivate these emails.

Resets
If we reset the game, every user that was registered on the previous version will receive an email about the server reset. Each time we reset the game, we also clear our database of emails, so if the user does not register again, that was the last email he/she will receive from this game.

Customer Service
Problems with the user account or requested information will be send through email if wished so by the user.

Even though we will nearly never share information from this site, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our Web site.

• The admins have the right to log in to any account, for debugging and testing purposes.
  That does not mean that we have your password.
  All passwords are irreversaly encrypted in the database, so no-one can get your password,
  not even the admins. The admins can enter your account with a supervisor password, the so-called Master Key.
  
  
• You may not send out any malicous links, like suicide.
• You may not use any contacts you have in the upper structure, including but not limited to saying you are protected by an admin.
• You may not have more than one account. If detected, we will admin kill both accounts.
• You may not have any special users in your crew
  Exceptions: the administrators may be in any crew, and so may the admin testing account.
• You may not have porn pictures or other explicit material.
• You may not try to get information that is classified from the admins or anyone else.
• You may not use any form of cheating, including but not limited to scripts, mousetamers, keyboard simulator,...
• You may not share your account with anyone. If you will play on someone elses computer, you should tell it to the admins.
• You may not insult anyone nor you may swear or use humiliating words.
• You may not do anything that does not comply with the common ethics of gameplaying.
• You may not have a picture that is not visible to all users.
• You may not do something that is annoying.
• You may not SPAM.
• You may not talk about other games in any public place on this game
• You may not give away accounts or switch them.
• Giving an incorrect email adress may lead to demotion.
• Entering a wrong gender may lead to account deletion.
• You may not link out to other websites on the shoutbox, forums, signature or other public place.
  Exception: you may have a crewsite. Others are to be asked to the admins first.
  
  
• You are obliged to report any misbehavior to the admins. They will decide if this will result in a warning or a punishment.
• If you have doubts about a user, tell us. Even if you don't have any proof, we want to know.
• You should use only English when posting something on the forums, shoutbox or signature.

Shout Box Rules

If you break the shout box rules this will lead to automatic kill or punishment depends on what rule you have broken and how bad.

• No Swearing
• No Racial abuse
• No crew related business
• No one-word shouts, and no extended letter repeatings, like haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, or oooooooo

You will get one warning. If you carry on with this you will be admin killed.
